A sacred invitation
Yin yoga has been incredibly healing for me. Over the years, tending to chronic back pain taught me that stillness can be a portal, and that the body carries its own quiet wisdom. The nourishment and insight I’ve received through this practice have led me to share it, offering a gentle space for restoration, reflection, and embodied presence.
This practice honours the Tantric path, a sanctuary of surrender, where time slows and the body softens into its own innate knowing. Each posture is held for minutes, inviting you to turn inward and encounter the subtle currents within. It is a practice of listening, of sensing the richness beneath the surface, and of allowing your inner landscape to unfold naturally.
Through this stillness, awareness deepens. In this quiet communion of body and consciousness, the practice opens a doorway to ease, insight, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Private yin yoga sessions
I offer private sessions in person (currently in Sydney only) or online, designed to move at your natural pace. Each session is a minimum of 60 minutes, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to fully soften, settle, and receive and integrate.
Every session is tailored to you, whether you seek deep restoration, nervous system soothing, or a richer sense of presence in your daily life. I hold space for you to explore, rest, and reconnect, creating a sacred container for your practice.
