Meditation is a gentle return to yourself, a pause that allows the mind, body, and spirit to settle, the heart to soften, and presence to awaken. It is a chance to release tension, rest deeply, and reconnect with the quiet joy that is always within you.
This practice is grounded in the wisdom and teachings of Instinctive Meditation® and the Radiance Sutras, yet it is always adapted to your unique way of being. There is no “right” way to meditate, no rules that must be followed, or thoughts that must be silenced. Instead, Instinctive Meditation® unfolds naturally, guiding you to meet yourself with curiosity, softness, and tenderness.
In our sessions, you will explore practices that invite the body, breath, and awareness to move together. You will cultivate a gentle attunement to your inner world, discovering how rest, presence, and embodied awareness can become part of your daily life. Meditation becomes not an effort, but a natural rhythm and a doorway to restoration and aliveness.
Private meditation sessions
I offer private sessions in person (currently in Sydney only) or online, designed to move at your natural pace. Each session provides space to settle, explore, and connect with your inner rhythms. I offer guided meditation or meditation coaching.
Every session becomes a sacred container, holding space for you to pause, rest, re-member, and reconnect. Whether you seek deep restoration, a renewed sense of presence, or tools to integrate meditation into daily life, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
